Recently I had been experiencing problems with my Volvo v40. I decided to take it to Clive Brook Volvo Bradford on Monday morning and I didn't get a call until Tuesday afternoon after I called them multiple times for an update. They replied that they were looking into the prices on parts and should have a reply for me in the morning. By Thursday, I still had not heard anything and at 5pm on Thursday I decided to pop in. When I arrived, I was made to wait for 15 minutes whilst the staff member was on the phone. They then came back to me and stated that they don't know what the problem is with the vehicle and then proceeded to say that I should take the car back as they outright refused to fix it. Upon such refusal, they used inappropriate verbal attacks like 'stupid' and 'idiot'.
Great dealership we bought our family car here 2 years ago from a great team of staff and they have looked after us very well ever since. This is where you need to buy your new car. Very honest and respectful.
Great service from Clive Brook. Can always rely on them to get the job done. Really professional. Great at keeping you updated. Would recommend to any volvo owner. Dont bother with back street garages. 5 star all the way. Great

Aftercare service - the true litmus test of a dealership (supporting their customers) Andrew Thompson is assisting me, in putting a warranty claim through for the alloys on the Volvo V90 as they are showing signs of corrosion (lots of white bubbles) on the diamond cut finish. I've only put less than a 100 miles on the car since owing it (in Jan 2020 paid ~£30k so this is a big deal for me!). I'll keep you posted on the support and aftercare service .
