I have driven a company car for 40 years so buying my first car was a daunting experience. Russell Naude was very helpful. The car was ready when we arrived for a test drive. He listened to what my requirements were and made sensible suggestions on what extras would be useful. He kept me up to date on progress on the order and was excellent in handing over the car on delivery. Highly recommend you give Russell a ring if you are looking at the Volvo range.
Used Clive Brook for over 8 years for new vehicles and servicing - cannot fault the service or the staff - we were always treated with respect and dignity - very courteous company - exceptional staff all the way down from the MD / CEO - when you enter the dealership you feel welcomed and “ part of the family” . I’ve just purchased a 3 year old XC 60 what an exceptional vehicle high spec , fantastic condition and Derek the salesman was remarkable he answered all our questions and handed the car over in an exceptional manner nothing was too much for him. I test drove a vehicle with Malcolm. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle and personable to deal with. My experience in Bradford was far superior to what I had received at a different Volvo dealership closer to my home.

Purchased a used 2019 V90 Bursting Blue. Great experience thank you to Malcolm, Mike, Andrew and Paul (service) for doing their upmost. I've had a wonderful experience, so much so I've bought a 10 year service plan. I'll keep you posted on how I get on. Malcolm = great sales advise. Honest and simple advice no BS (it's what the world needs). Mike / Andrew = great leadership team and support. Andrew on New Years Eve kept the dealership open longer to accommodate my late arrival. Mike is a decent chap who really pulls out all of the stops so the customer gets a great service. Paul = looked after me re: service plan (sorry to expensive £4k for 10 sevices) and a few tweaks that were needed to the V90. Thanks the wipers were a massive improvement ... a wow moment! All in all a great experience. Definitely will be buying my next car from them (after a bit of haggling with Mike...lol) The true litmus test is the after sales service; I'm still owed a rear wiper and touch up paint. Let's see how they manage this.. will they call me when the products arrive?
